We will then send you confirmation of your trip itinerary and cost, together with a copy of our Terms and Conditions, as well as a medical declaration for each participant.
Once we receive your signed Terms and Conditions, completed medical declaration and deposit of 50 % of cost, your booking will be confirmed.
You will then receive a comprehensive information pack, with further details on your trip, as well as information on flight booking, insurance, injections, and kit needed.
Then we count down the days to welcome you to!

If you cannot contact us during office hours, you can email us with a brief overview of your plan. To help you compile the information we need, we have a "Tailor Made Itinerary Proposal" form, which you can complete and return to us. This will give us enough information to put together some alternatives, and we can take things from there.
